WAATR wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Standard Return Policy

Here are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from WAATR.COM:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from WAATR can be returned to WAATR. WAATR products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and repackaged with all the components and documentation that were included when you received it.
  • Unopened products returned within the 30-day return period are subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days to test your product. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. Please note, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If a return shipping label is provided by WAATR.COM, the cost will also be deducted from the final refund amount.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please contact our customer service team by email at or by phone at +1-619-567-6174. A WAATR Specialist will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If a return shipping label is provided by WAATR, the cost will be deducted from the refund balance, and the remainder will be refunded.
  • You will receive the credit within a maximum of 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • WAATR will not issue a refund for any shipping charges.
