While we stand behind the quality of our products, please note that normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by accident or abuse, are not covered under our warranty. If you believe your product has a defect covered by our warranty, we may require you to return the product before a warranty replacement is issued.
However, in certain circumstances, we may waive this requirement. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and will work with you to resolve any issues you may encounter with your water treatment product.
